SANERI'S CORPORATE STRUCTURE

The corporate structure of SANERI comprises the Chief Executive Officer’s office and four divisions namely:

• Advanced Fossil Fuel;
• Clean Energy Solutions;
• End Use & Infrastructure Management;
• Energy Policy & Planning.

Support services like IT, Finance, HR, Secretariat and Communications for SANERI are provided by CEF (Pty) Ltd and controlled through service level agreements.

The Board has approved the following corporate structure for 2007/2008.
